Syren Aquatics is an American non-profit (501(c)(3) children’s swimsuit company and was the brain child of Johnny Drummond in 2003.
Mr. Drummond is a lifelong athlete, born and raised on the coast of Southern California and currently resides in Palm Springs, CA.
He has seven beautiful children and understands the importance of water safety, as drowning is the leading cause of death for children under the age of five. He came up with this revolutionary concept over 20 years ago and was always determined to re-invent an alternative to the standard child’s swimming safety devices. Child safety is imperative to the Drummond Family and finally brought this exceptional design to fruition and wants to share it with the parents of young children throughout the world.
Mr. Drummond is determined to donate as many swimsuits as possible to accredited Swimming Aquatic Centers / Schools nationally allowing youngsters the ability to be water safe, float horizontally while allowing them to learn to swim properly in a short period. This swimsuit is a great alternative to the expensive and inconvenient chore of traditional swimming lessons.
The reason our suit is far superior to other other companies selling similar products in appearance, but they do not allow the child to float horizontally while promoting them to naturally teach them the technique to swim properly in a relatively short period of time.
